Southport Road takes centre stage..

Sometimes we get to do something a little bit different.. This scheme looks at the demolition of an existing rear extension/conservatory and creation of a new rear extension at a property in Lydiate. The design looks to reorganise the flow of property by re-centering the kitchen as the heart, in turn enabling the remaining space to have views out into the substantial gardens  with the creation of a large bespoke rear extension. New steel work enables the space to be opened up into a fully open plan family space.

The design is a simple pallet of timber cladding and brick finish to highlight the dark aluminium framed bi folds and provide a contrast to the existing rendered walls. A "fin style" A mono pitch roof with skylight windows and velux roof lights encapsulates and flood the space with light.

Gores Lane project nears completion..

Ainsdale Barbers Shop - Refubishment

Our scheme to redevelop Ainsdale Barbers Shop has now completed on site. The project looks at the fit out of a gentleman's Barbour shop in Ainsdale. The proposals look to modernise the existing shop interior and introduce a curved partition to provide seperation between the stylist area and waiting space. Built in oak cupboards, shelves and storage systems give a nod back to the original 1930's styling, but combined with feature mirrors, and modern styling creates a very current and vibrant space.

New Rear Extension - Ryder Crescent, Hillside

A feasibility study for a project to redevelop and extend a property in Hillside. The proposals create a new open plan living/kitchen/dining space with frontage onto the rear patio /garden area. The design looks to maximise the light into all areas through large corner floor to ceiling  aluminium bi-folding screens

At first floor the proposal looks to create a new vaulted master bedroom space with attached en-suite and Dressing Space.

Latest project on Field Avenue, Litherland..

Sometimes its the small projects that have the greatest effect. This project is a small project based in Litherland which looks to extend the living accommodation to the rear of the property to create a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room area.

Mill Weir Gardens underway..

The adaption of an existing of a single storey attached garage into a storey extension with new lounge space at ground floor level and vaulted bedroom space at first floor. New bi-folding doors to the rear living spaces will maximize the light and create the inside out feel into the garden. The property sits within a conservation area in sefton village so careful design consideration is applied to the project to apply with the planning restrictions involved.
