Our proposals for Southport Road has now been submitted for planning. The scheme looks to demolish an existing outhouse and brick garage and create a new rear extension and orangery to accommodate a kids play space, gym, and dining space. The existing rear wall of the house is opened up and structurally supported to provide a new kitchen / Utility space and access to the new extension. The remaining house is under complete modernisation along with a new "jack and jill" style kids bath room to the first floor.
Once Planning approval is received the project is due to start on site straight away with an expected completion summer 2014.
