Ashbourne Road feasibility complete

We have been appointed to look at an existing loft space with limited head room with a view to maximising its potential in terms of space and light.  A full feasibility has been conducted with a view to a planning application in October 2014.

The simple design looks to maximise the bedroom space with the introduction of a vaulted dorma. The existing large en-suite space is to be removed and a new "ideal standard" space saver wet room created. The light condition is maximised with the inclusion of a Juliet balcony and velux roof lights.

We are now developing the design in regards to finishes and style read to submit for planning.
