A new scheme exploring options to remove a problematic unused conservatory space and rationalize the ground floor accommodation to make best use of the spaces. The proposals look to  and create a new open plan kitchen/dining/living space with sky lights and bi-folding screens to the rear.

The main internal modifications look to rationalize the ground floor layout to create a new feature hallway to give access to all ground floor rooms and accommodate a new ground floor WC and utility room. The remaining brief is to redevelop the front elevation and create a new 2 storey side extension to create extra bed and bathroom spaces.
